What computers are available for use in the library?

There are over 80 computer workstations (both Mac and PC) within the library. We also have 30 laptop computers (Mac and PC) available for checkout, which may be used outside the library, but not off campus. All library computers are wifi-capable and loaded with a comprehensive selection of software

When using a library computer (desktop or laptop), please make sure to save your work frequently to a flash drive, etc. Anything saved to a library computer is "wiped clean" when it shuts down to preserve user privacy. If a library laptop battery dies or otherwise shuts off before you have saved to an external device, you WILL lose your work.

There are many other tech accessories available for checkout including Dell laptop chargers, MacBook Pro chargers, iPhone chargers (4th and 5th generation), extension cords, flash drives, calculators (graphic and scientific), and headphones.

For additional details on these resources and others, including info on printing, microfilm readers, and DVD viewing stations, please visit our Access to Technology page.
