Faculty members can authorize a research assistant to pick up their materials. Every time your assistant orders or checks out something under your name, that student will need to bring with them to the library three items:

  1. their own ID card,
  2. your ID card (or legible photocopy), AND
  3. the completed research/graduate assistant proxy form.
