Answer

Students from Circuit member libraries (UCSD, SDSU, Cal State San Marcos) may check out books from Copley Library. If you are not an enrolled student at a Circuit member university library you cannot check out books directly from Copley.

Students from other universities that require access to books at Copley should make an interlibrary loan request through their library's interlibrary loan department.
