How long will it take my interlibrary loan item to arrive?

Answer

Generally, we can obtain an electronic copy of a journal article in 24-72 hours. Books are sent surface mail and their shipping time cannot be expedited. Most loaned items take between ten days and two weeks to arrive and often take longer. You will be notified via email when your items arrive.
