- To request a journal from remote storage, you must be a USDOne (university) user.
- After finding the title of interest, if there are volumes in offsite storage, you must sign in to Primo VE to proceed.
- Once signed in, you will see where the volumes are located:
- Choosing the location will then display the volumes available at that location to request:
- If you select Request, it will provide a box for indicating pickup:
- By hitting Send Request, you will be paging the item and will receive email notifications for the request and the item once it is retrieved.
